The aim of our Pole Fitness classes is to develop fitness, confidence and muscles that you didn’t realise you had, while you meet new people and enjoy the latest and most effective fitness craze.
You don’t need any experience to start Pole Fitness classes, and in no time at all you will have the confidence to decide whether you want to take your moves to the dance floor or continue on to more advanced classes.
With our weekend Pole Play sessions, under the watchful eye of an instructor you can continue to practice everything from your lessons and start adding your own personality to the pole. Remember - one at a time ladies!.
